Gaining Clarity

Sometimes it takes others in life to help us gain clarity. People can inspire us and bring us out of our shells. I have not published to this blog for many months, but I have gotten the urge to begin writing again. The picture here was take near my home in a place called Houston Woods Ohio.

The picture was taken right after my father died and the old guy in the boat kind of reminded me of my father. People come into our lives in all kinds of ways. I believe that everything happens for a reason. People, animals, and nature are all interconncted. I think that is why it is important for us to use all five of our senses. In fact, some scientists believe that we have more than five senses. Just because you cannot see something does not mean it does not exist.

A rainbow is just sunshine with watermist. A mountain is just earth that started as a molehill. Beauty is all around us if we open our eyes. There are no mistakes in this life--only experiences. We are not alone in this life. There is always someone who walks with us.
